Hello- My name is Kaleigh.
Navigating the dynamic, beautiful, and sometimes challenging nature of the human experience is a universal task that we all share. It is my belief that healing doesn’t occur in isolation, and that we are all worthy of support throughout our journey. Since 2010, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals managing life’s most intense moments, spending much of my career serving in community mental health. This has equipped me with an embodied understanding of inner struggle—as well as inherent resilience—and how we are influenced both by early life experience and the systems we exist within.
Through our work together, I support clients in deepening self-understanding and self-compassion, with increased clarity and awareness. This facilitates greater capacity, stress management, and positive shifts in mood and behavior. An eclectic approach best serves our work together, meaning I incorporate a number of theoretical orientations and modalities.
Clients describe me as warm, insightful, and curious. While I offer strategies and tools to support incremental change, the true aim of my work is in facilitating transformational change, which addresses deeper emotional learnings and core beliefs.
