What to Expect
We can trust that the horses will reveal where our deepest work needs to occur. In your partnership with an equine guide, you will be invited to explore mindfulness, somatic awareness, relationship building, leadership, and the power of subtle, nonverbal communication.
While riding is not a component of this work, the experience is very much hands on, with the opportunity to groom, lead, and make physical contact with your horse.
